Inquiries and customer support
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email, country, company, telephone / WhatsApp number, product interest and message. We use it to respond, discuss products or cooperation, and provide support. Inquiries are stored privately in the website administration and may be emailed to the configured inquiry recipient. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or medical records in the inquiry form.
Protected video tutorials
Tutorial passwords may be associated with a product and a sales representative. Successful access records include the time, product, tutorial and sales representative associated with the password. This helps the team identify which representative should provide support; a shared password does not identify an individual viewer. The access cookie expires after eight hours. The tutorial access screen retains records from the last 90 days, limited to the latest 1,000 entries.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, Matomo is used on this website to measure visits, pages viewed, referring websites or search engines, approximate location and device information, and contact-link or inquiry-button interactions. Clicking a contact button does not prove that a conversation or sale occurred. Analytics are disabled before your choice and when you select Necessary only. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
The configured analytics mode does not use Matomo tracking cookies. Optional analytics still process visit information, so they require your choice. Raw analytics visit logs are configured for deletion after 180 days; aggregated reports can remain. Administrator visits are excluded by the site configuration.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary storage supports functions you request, including language selection, protected tutorial access and administrator login. We store your privacy choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Read the Cookie Policy for details. You can reopen Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose Necessary only to stop future optional analytics.
Hosting, external services and links
The site is hosted using Hostinger. Hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Authorized website staff can access relevant inquiries and tutorial records. Clicking a WhatsApp, email or other external link opens a separate service governed by that service’s privacy practices. If a page includes externally hosted media, that provider can receive connection information when the media is loaded.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is kept for responding to requests and maintaining the related business or support records. You may contact Serve@beautycos.cn to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing transaction, security or applicable record-keeping obligations. The site does not currently offer public comments.
